Served as a FNGO (MNGO) to implement healthcare and maternal child health programs across 6 Gram Panchayats in Solan district.

Implemented home-based educational support for children with special needs aged 6 to 18 years across Solan district, supported by Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), Ministry of Education, and Government of India.

Operates a dedicated Day Care Centre in Solan district under the National Trust (Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, GOI) for young children with special needs aged 0 to 6 years.

Currently running two core National Trust initiatives:

• Disha: Early intervention and school readiness program for children with special needs aged 0 to 6 years, primarily serving Below Poverty Line (BPL) families.
• Vikas: Day care, skill development, and rehabilitation program for persons with disabilities aged 10 years and above from BPL backgrounds.

Provides free, regular physiotherapy sessions for children with disabilities at the centre as well as through home visits for enrolled home-based children.

Successfully conducted a National Trust "Sahyogi" Caregiver Training Course in 2017 for 25 young women from BPL families to train them as certified caregivers in the disability field, with plans for advanced course modules.

Actively procuring land to establish an inclusive residential hostel for 30 to 50 persons with disabilities. The facility will combine housing with special education, vocational training, and specialized therapies.

Serves as an active LLC member for Solan district to facilitate legal guardianship for individuals with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disabilities, and Multiple Disabilities, helping safeguard their legal rights, property, pensions, and daily welfare.

Organizes grassroots awareness initiatives through Gram Sabhas, Panchayat meetings, and Anganwadi sessions across Solan district to promote disability rights and inclusion.

Holds active institutional membership with RPWD ACT 2016 district Solan H.P.

Recognized under the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), GOI. Since 2004, the institute has trained over 200 rural youth (both young men and women) in market-ready skills including computer applications, cutting, tailoring, and dressmaking.

Approved by the Department of Technical Education and the Ministry of Labour and Employment, GOI, offering formal technical and vocational trades.

Operated a specialized study centre affiliated with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) and Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) in Solan district to train and upskill in-service special education teachers.

Provides annual career guidance and motivational counseling to over 200 young individuals. Conducts dedicated exam coaching and counseling sessions for board class students across various schools in Sirmour district, supported by local industry partners.

Conducts "The Art of Living" stress-relief and wellness workshops for Sahyogi trainees, organizational staff, and parents of children with special needs, mostly hailing from low-income families.

Executed targeted HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention campaigns in industrial belts, including Baddi, Nalagarh, and Barotiwala in Solan district.

Conducted youth-focused environmental activities and workshops in Solan district under the National Environment Awareness Campaign, supported by the Himachal Pradesh Council for Science, Technology & Environment (HIMCOSTE).

Organized community workshops and orientation sessions across Solan district to encourage sustainable agriculture and organic farming practices among rural farmers.

Conducted targeted community outreach and awareness programs in remote, high-altitude regions of Kinnaur and Sirmour districts in Himachal Pradesh to educate local populations on disability rights, early identification, and available rehabilitation support.

Ganpati Educational Society served as an Implementation Support Agency (ISA) under the National Jal Jeevan Mission across 90 Gram Panchayats in Solan and Sirmour districts. During this period, the organization worked closely with rural communities to drive community mobilization, generate awareness on clean drinking water and water conservation, and support the establishment of sustainable, functional household tap connections (FHTCs).
